CAR PARKS
Standard Post Structures and Full Cantilevers are the most common choice for car parks. GMM Shade ports can be manufactured to fit existing or proposed parking bays in 1, 2 or 3 car formats per shade port.
AUTO DEALERS
Insurance underwriters are becoming increasingly prepared to reduce monthly premiums for Auto Dealers who protect their inventory from Hail and Sun Damage with suitable shade structures.
SPORTING FACILITIES
Sportspeople often receive far more sun exposure than other people and need to take special care particularly in an age of skin cancer.

Swimming pools can now be covered with either Full Cantilever, Standard Post or Shade Sails. Either of these options provide for attractive and cost effective protection in high sun-risk areas.

In the case of ski or fishing boats, shade structures can also prolong the lifespan of upholstery, glass fibre, paintwork and permanent on-board equipment.

A Standard 4 Post Structure or Full Cantilever is a good clean and economical environment from under which to run a carwash business.
WATERPROOF AND FIRE RETARDANT SOLUTIONS
GMM's standard shade net has tiny holes that allow hot air to escape through the roof of the structure. Even with these holes, the standard netting has a high "water run off rate" of up to 93% which tends to keep the area underneath the shade structure partially dry.

STANDARD STRUCTURES

SHADE SAILS
Although shadesails have been manufactured for many years from heavier membrane fabrics such as PvC, Shade Sails manufactured from shadenet is a relative newcomer to the market.
FULL CANTILEVER
Full Cantilever shadeports is the most commonly used shade structure and a major part of GMM Shade Structure's production is taken-up by this product range.
STANDARD POST
The Standard Post shadeport utilises the same top structure technology of the Full Cantilever shadeport, with the exception that 4 posts are required.
SLIDE BEAMS
Slide Beam Structures are a hybrid combination of the Full Cantilever and Standard Post designs.
GATOR STRUCTURES
Gator structures consist of Full Cantilever shadeports which are joined face to face, thereby creating a "super - span" or large covered area, without the need for inner and often unwanted obstructions. All columns are therefore placed along the perimeter of the area.
