Full Cantilever shadeports is the most commonly used shade structure and a major part of GMM Shade Structure’s production is taken-up by this product range.

Other than the pleasing and interesting visual effect, Full Cantilever shadeports are very popular due to the fact that only two (2) posts or columns are used per top structure. This enables very easy access to the shaded area below the structure and cancels the risk of driving into the front posts, as is common with the standard four (4) post structures.

An additional benefit to this shade structure range is the fact that it can be wall mounted; therefore doing away with the need for posts altogether.

Full Cantilever shadeports can be installed as single free-standing units or joined on a side by side basis, or on both a side by side and back to back basis, making their application very practical for large parking areas.

For use in areas with mild wind conditions, it is possible to use continuous shadenet cover over a number of top structures. This is very popular for applications where waterproof structures are required. By using our 100 % waterproof shadenet, the total waterproof area is increased as the number of run-off gaps between top structures are reduced. It is also possible to fit gutter systems below the remaining gaps, thereby creating extended & totally waterproof areas. Full Cantilever shadeports are suitable for use with normal or waterproof shadenet.

GMM’s full cantilever shadeport structure is completely modular and can be used with square, rectangular or round columns.
